Payment Terms
- LogistiCore SaaS: Setup fee invoiced before go-live. Monthly subscription billed in advance by direct debit or invoice.
- IT Support: Pay-as-you-go invoiced monthly in arrears. Managed services billed monthly in advance.
- Website Creation: 50% deposit before work starts, 50% on completion before go-live.
- All Services: We accept bank transfer, BACS, and major business credit/debit cards.
No Lock-In Contracts
We believe in earning your business every month. LogistiCore SaaS and IT support services are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice (though we're confident you won't want to!).
